1. DG (Resettlement) has intimated that a large number of vacancies are being allotted to service HQs from DSC HQ for enrolment in DSC. However, Vacancies allotted to Indian Air Force remain un-utilised by Air Veterans. Summary of ESM employment in DSC during last five years are appended below:-
2. The analysis reveals that there is an almost 40% jump in vacancies filled by ESMs in DSC during the calendar year 2022 as compared to the previous year. Almost 99% of vacancies are filled by ESMs in DSC from Army during last five years and nearly negligible from Indian Air Force even in comparison with Indian Navy. |
